I paid, but the levels are still locked

Open Settings → Restore purchase. The unlock is tied to your App Store or Google Play account, so use the same account that bought it. If a purchase was interrupted (Ask to Buy, or a slow payment), the levels unlock by themselves once the store completes it — reopening the app is enough.

Can I use the purchase on my other devices?

Yes, on the same store account and platform. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google — that is a store restriction, not ours.

Which levels are free?

Levels 1–20, along with every lesson, puzzle and the full game review. The one-time unlock adds levels 21–60.

The AI feels too strong or too weak

Tap the level number on the Play screen to open the full ladder and jump anywhere. Each rung was tuned to beat the one below it about 55% of the time, so a single step is deliberately small; move several rungs if you want a real change.

A move was graded as a mistake but I disagree

The review re-analyses each of your moves with a stronger search than the opponent used. Near the end of the game it may report an estimate rather than an exact count on mobile, to keep the app responsive. If a verdict looks plainly wrong, send the game — Settings has an export option — and it will be looked at.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The engine, lessons and review all run on your device. Only purchases need a connection.

How do I delete my data?

Switch off Share usage data in Settings and delete the app; local games and progress are removed with it. See the privacy policy for what is collected and how long processors keep it.
